While we await on some manifestos here are some stimulating potential policies!

• Make residential mortgage interest tax-deductible.
• Remove no-fault evictions, allow landlords to sell properties for personal adult social care or after 6 months rent arrears or with a year notice.
• Focus on facilitating society integrating arrivals
• Migration policy as an extensions of defence policy, authoritarian’s fail when they build walls to keep people in.
• Fund second and third degrees as well as first degrees through general taxation and a universal basic income model.
• Adult social care funding through taxation (A millionaires charge).
• Cap a single train journey at £5 anywhere within the United Kingdom.
• Removal of National Insurance charge
• Pursue abundant electricity, on shore turbines and transport and heating electrification.

These are some idea of policy while we wait for the manifesto, UBI is mentioned and is obviously the biggest structural change but is perhaps inevitable over the next 5 years!
